Utility Service Request
ACTIVATION | DISCONNECT | CHANGE IN MAILING ADDRESS

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THE UTILITY SERVICE REQUEST FEATURE

Services may be started the next business day with a 24 hour advance notice.

To use this service request option, you must have the following information:

  • Primary customer name, social security number, service address, mailing address
  • Additional contact name and social security number
  • Landlord name, address and phone (if leasing) and a signed lease/rental agreement. Please email a copy of your lease to utilities@gilbertaz.gov or fax to 480-503-6806 prior to first day of utility service.

If you are requesting water to be turned on, make sure all faucets and landscaping water is off. To ensure the water is off, please turn off the main valve located at the front hose. The water will not be turned on if water appears to be running inside or outside the home.

If you are requesting water service be disconnected, please be advised that service may be interrupted as early as 5 am on the requested date.
